Housing information

How do I make a housing reservation?

  1. Get your student visa 
  2. Send us a copy of your flight details
  3. Email us your housing choice!

There are 2 options for housing on campus: Pontchartrain Hall Dormitory and Privateer Place Apartments.

Pontchartrain Hall

Pontchartrain Halls - North and South - located at Milneburg Road and St. Anthony Avenue on the UNO Lakefront campus, offer state-of-the-art student housing. Pontchartrain Hall housing fees must be paid in full the first week of classes. Click here for a virtual tour of the 4-bedroom suite.

The housing reservation begins two days before the session starts and ends two days after the last day of the session. If you would like add more days, there is a $25/day charge.

Meal Plan Options

For students living in Pontchartrain Hall, a meal plan is required. But a meal plan is a good option for anyone who plans on eating in the cafeteria several times a week!

The cafeteria is set up as an all-you-can-eat buffet. It allows you to choose how much of each food you want, and how much you eat each meal. You can see what's on the menu by selecting "Food Hall at the Galley" from the drop down menu View Menu

For students who live on-campus:

Galley All Access: Unlimited meals in the cafeteria per session. $100 to spend at other restaurants on campus (Chik-Fil-A, Subway, Pizza shop): $953

Privateer Plan: 14 meals per week, $50 to spend at other restaurants on campus: $898.50

For students who live off-campus:

25 Cafeteria Meals + $197 to spend at restaurants on campus: $407
