The UNO Recreation and Fitness Center (RFC) has 87,000 square feet of space dedicated to a variety of fitness and recreational activities conveniently located on the campus of the University of New Orleans. The full-service facility is open to UNO students, UNO Faculty, UNO Staff, and the community. In addition, the Recreation and Fitness Center has won several architectural awards.
Cardio and Weight Area
The Cardio and Weight Area at the RFC has a variety of cardio and weight equipment. Flat screen televisions are located in the cardio area.

Indoor Track
On the 2nd floor overlooking the gymnasium is the Dr. Richard J. Stillman Indoor Track.
*NO ONE under the age of 12 is admitted. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 are admitted only with *adult supervision.
Gymnasium
Three full size basketball courts with volleyball, badminton, and table tennis available.
*NO ONE under the age of 16 is admitted.
Natatorium (Pool)
The natatorium features a 25 yard pool with 4 lanes and a depth of 4ft – 4ft 6in.
*Children under the age of 16 are admitted only with *adult supervision.
Racquetball Courts
Two Racquetball courts with glass backed wall and hardwood floors.
NO ONE under the age of 12 is admitted. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 are admitted only with *adult supervision.
Saunas
The dry saunas are located in both the men's and women's locker rooms.
NO ONE under the age of 12 is admitted. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 are admitted only with *adult supervision.
Locker Rooms
Spacious locker rooms with dry saunas.
*Children under the age of 16 are admitted only with adult supervision.
Multipurpose Rooms
Two multipurpose rooms with mirrored walls and hardwood floor used for group exercise classes.
*NO ONE under the age of 16 is admitted.
Outdoor Deck
Gated outdoor deck with tables and lounge chairs adjacent to the pool.
