In ALL contracts, the university's legal name to be used is: "University of New Orleans"

Assignment of Contract
In accordance with Act No. 477 of the 2025 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature ("Act 477"), which provides for the transfer from the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System (the "UL Board") to the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College (the "LSU Board") of the University of New Orleans and the assets, funds, obligations, liabilities, programs and the functions related thereto, [insert name of counterparty as defined in document] hereby consents to the assignment by the UL Board of all of its right, title and interest in and to this [insert name of agreement as defined in document] to the LSU Board. Said transfer and assignment is expected to occur on or about July 1, 2026, or as soon thereafter as said transfer is approved by the Southern Association for Colleges and Schools, Commission on Colleges, all in accordance with Act 477. 

Termination for Convenience
The University may terminate this Agreement at any time given thirty (30) days written notice to Contractor of such termination or negotiating with Contractor an effective date.
