“The UNO Department of Computer Science has 9 full-time faculty and 185 enrolled majors as of the Spring 2014 semester. The undergraduate concentration in Game Development was first offered in Fall 2013 to address the growing need for skilled workers in this field as evidenced by industry trends and the decision of a number of significant players in the field to open facilities in Southeastern Louisiana. The concentration is a part of the undergraduate B.S. in Computer Science.”
