Elyria Kemp, Ph.D., professor in the Henry Bernstein College of Business Administration, has been selected for the ANA Educational Foundation’s 2026 Visiting Professor Program (VPP), a competitive national program that strengthens professors’ understanding of current developments and professional practice in marketing and advertising.
Kemp was selected through a competitive review process during a year in which the program received a record number of applicants. The 2026 Visiting Professor Program will take place June 1–5, 2026, in New York City, in partnership with Fordham University. The weeklong program brings together approximately 40 to 45 professors for behind-the-scenes learning experiences hosted by marketers, advertising agencies, and media companies.
The ANA Educational Foundation’s Visiting Professor Program enhances professors’ understanding of the latest developments and practices in advertising and marketing so they can bring those insights back to their teaching, research, and students.
The theme for the 2026 VPP is “Envisioning the Future of Marketing and Advertising,” with emphasis on brand and creativity, AI and marketing technology, inclusion, data and measurement, and media. The program combines experiential learning, presentations from industry leaders, and collaborative workshops designed to strengthen classroom instruction and research innovation.
The ANA Educational Foundation is a national organization dedicated to connecting the marketing, advertising, and academic communities and preparing the next generation of industry talent.
