The Henry Bernstein College of Business Administration is pleased to announce Recharge & Renew: A Mental Health Wellness Experience, a two-day event dedicated to supporting UNO students. The event will take place March 25–26, 2026, in Kirschman Hall and is designed to promote student well-being through stress reduction, digital wellness education, and practical strategies for balancing academic and personal demands.

This event will bring together Counseling Services, campus partners, wellness practitioners, and mental health experts who will offer hands-on experiences to help students manage academic pressures, navigate digital environments, and strengthen overall well-being.
On Wednesday, March 25, students can participate in a range of stress-reducing activities, including relaxation booths hosted by Counseling Services, chair massages, time management and financial wellness check-ups, and demonstrations of digital coping tools. A lunchtime Yoga & Mindfulness Training session will be led by Olivia Scott of Freedom at The Matt. Lunch will be provided.
On Thursday, March 26, Dr. Nyoki Cosey-Brown, DSW, LCSW-BACS, will lead a featured session titled “Digital Wellness: Social Media and Your Brain – Healthy Tech Habits.” Lunch will be provided. Afternoon activities will include relaxation booths, chair massages, wellness check-ups, and digital mental health app demonstrations.
This student-centered event aims to create a supportive environment where participants can learn, recharge, and develop techniques that promote long-term well-being.
