Submit the Required Documents
1. Home Campus Information Form: Print it and complete the top portion, then bring it to your Study Abroad Office to complete and send to us. Work with your home institution if they require you to get courses approved.
Note: If you do not attend UNO, LSU, University of Mississippi, or University of Georgia, please have the Home Campus Information form completed and returned to innsbruck@uno.edu ASAP. We will process your application as you submit it, but we cannot send you notification of your admission until we receive your Home Campus Information form from your home institution. Submit Remaining Forms & Documents (Post Application Form)
1. Student Conduct Contract: Print, sign and send it to us at innsbruck@uno.edu.
2. Immunization Compliance Form: Print it and ask your physician or health care center on campus to complete and sign it. Then send it to us at innsbruck@uno.edu. You can also submit a copy of your complete vaccination record.
Please note that we no longer require proof of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19, but we highly recommend it in case of any country or travel requirements, along with benefiting your health while abroad.
3. Transcript: Request an official electronic transcript from your home institution and have it sent directly to the UNO-Innsbruck office at innsbruck@uno.edu. It is important that this is an official transcript issued to the UNO-Innsbruck program, not to the student. If your institution cannot provide an electronic transcript, please email us for instructions on how to submit a paper transcript.
4. Digital photo: Please send a photo of yourself to innsbruck@uno.edu. It should be a head shot, with no sunglasses and no hat. The photo will be used for your program ID card, which you will need to get into the dorm.
5. Passport (if you haven't already in your application): Please send a scan of the picture page of your passport to innsbruck@uno.edu. The passport must be valid until at least 6 months after the end of the Innsbruck program. Note: Passport processing times are very long at the moment. Apply ASAP if you need a new passport!
4. Pre-Departure Form: This form is to inform us of your flight details and arrival/departure information.
