Spring 2026 Mardi Gras Guest Policy
Starting Friday, February 13 - Wednesday February 18, 2026 all guests of residents in Pontchartrain Halls between must be registered and follow our Mardi Gras Visitor Policy as outlined in the Pontchartrain Hall Handbook.
Pontchartrain Hall residents may register up to two guests for the Mardi Gras period (February 13 - Feb 18, 2026), with all guests required to depart by 9:00 AM on Wednesday, February 18. The online pre-registration form, costing $50 per guest, must be completed by Tuesday, February 11, 2026. Late registrations will be available Thursday, February 12, 2026 at an increased fee of $75 per guest.
Registration is not available during the Mardi Gras period, and you will not be permitted to have a guest. If you ARE found in violation, you will be referred to the Office of Student Accountability.
