Lafitte Village & Pontchartrain Hall Residents
Residents who are experiencing maintenance issues in their room or suite must request a maintenance order.
All Maintenance Request should be completed online and will take between 24-48 hours to address. All Maintenance Requests are handled during the business hours of Monday through Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm).

To complete the online maintenance request form, please have your UNO username (without @uno.edu) and password. Your general information will appear in the form, but you may make any necessary changes. Please include a phone number you may be reached at for further questions, type of maintenance request and a description to better describe your issue.
Problems Connecting to the Wifi/ ResNet in your Residence Hall?
ResNet is a free high-speed network service available to the residential community of UNO’s main campus. ResNet uses dedicated Ethernet wiring and WiFi connectivity to provide each resident an individual connection to the University network and internet. You can use many devices to connect to the resnet secure network, by simply using our instructions to configure your device’s network settings and entering your UNO student credentials, for gaining ResNet access.

Laundry facilities in Pontchartrain Halls and Lafitte Village are provided by CSC Serviceworks. The Laundry view system allows residents to review laundry machine status in each laundry room, request alerts when their clothes wash or dry cycle are completed and more.
