What is the hub?
At the HUB, we help students define and achieve success through the building of collaborative relationships. We know success looks differently for every student and we want to help all students achieve their goals. Care Coordinators at the HUB provide access to a broad network of support services and programs that address the academic, personal and social needs of students while empowering students to personally set and achieve goals that define their success.
- Develop collaborative relationships with students to establish goals and identify resources while promoting self-care and self-advocacy.
- To serve as a resource through Navigate for faculty, staff and students to ensure student issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other UNO departments and facilitate communication to and from the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), which reviews more elevated student cases involving serious safety issues.
