At UNO, the department of Civil and Environmental engineering is committed to providing excellent education and research opportunities for students as they successfully pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees.
New Orleans and surrounding areas serve as a living laboratory for innovative teaching and research endeavors in various disciplines within Civil and Environmental Engineering at UNO. The department provides opportunities for students to combine study with experience and professional practice through classroom instruction and industrial internships, offering the prospect for the best in engineering education.
