WELCOME TO MAMBO!

We're so happy to start this journey with you! This schedule applies to you because you are a part of CHEM 1000 or ENGR 1000.

This three-day hybrid orientation will immerse you into the Privateer experience and prepare you for your first semester at UNO. It is required for all incoming first time, full time, first year students enrolled in UNIV 1001 (or its equivalent) to attend Fall MAMBO.

Fall MAMBO is Hybrid! Days 1 & 2 are online, and Day 3 is in-person & on campus! 

Evening Entertainment: At the end of Days 1 & 2, we will be offering some fun ways for you to unwind after a long MAMBO day & have fun with your new friends! 

Friday, August 13th is our in-person day jam-packed with fun activities to get you adjusted to campus life! Here are some highlights:  

  • New Student Convocation – President Dr. Nicklow officially welcomes you to UNO! 
  • Privateer Excursion – Campus Tour & Organization Fair
