Excelsior College Examinations

Excelsior College has a toll free number,1-888-RCEXAMS(1-888-723-9267), so students can request information and register by phone. Students should request that an official grade report be sent to the University of New Orleans.

UExcel® is a new credit-by-examination program offered in a computer-based format at thousands of test centers globally, aimed at students interested in attending college. Students attain college credit by demonstrating knowledge in individual subject areas. 

The UExcel program is an alliance between Excelsior College, a leading distance learning higher-ed institution, and Pearson, the market leader in education products and services.

The American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT) has evaluated and made college credit recommendations for UExcel examinations.
