SGA Constitution Election Information

The SGA Constitution Reform Committee met in accordance with SGA law. After great review, they decided that it was time to propose an updated constitution to the student body for vote.

On March 19, 2025 the SGA Senate approved the constitution as required by SGA law. The senate and executive departments now submit this constitution to a student vote.

Below you can review 3 documents. The current SGA Constitution, a comparison document that includes edits, and the final clean copy of the proposed. In the edited copy text that is crossed out is being removed from the constitution, text that is in red letters is being added to the constitution, and finally the items highlighted in green are being moved to the bylaws.
