Professional experience as CPA includes public accounting (Deloitte) and senior financial analyst (Casino Control Commission of New Jersey). Prior teaching experience includes University of Manitoba (Canada) and University of South Florida.
Joined UNO faculty in 2002. Teaching specialization is managerial and cost accounting in undergraduate, MBA, and MACC programs. Research interests include budgeting, management control systems, individual performance, audit pricing, and employee issues in public accounting firms. Publications have appeared in: ABACUS, Accounting Education, Accounting Horizons, Accounting, Organizations & Society, Advances in Accounting, Advances in Accounting Behavioral Research, Advances in Management Accounting, Behavioral Research in Accounting, The British Accounting Review, Business and Economic Review, Social Behavior and Personality.
