Campus Booking is the official University Authority for coordination of all public events on the main campus. Standard University Event contracts are executed by all authorized University signatories. Proper Certificates of Insurance are verified and filed. Indemnification Forms are signed when appropriate. Campus Booking determines when appropriate staff support is scheduled.
