GOLDEN PRIVATEER SOCIETY

The Golden Privateer Society is UNO's exclusive group of graduates of 50 years or more. The society was founded in 2023 and inaugural members were inducted on November 10, 2023. New members will be inducted as they celebrate their 50th Class Reunions each fall during Homecoming Week. 

Golden Privateers are the most prestigious ambassadors for the University of New Orleans. They will be recognized at University events and will wear their Golden Privateer pin with UNO Pride. All members will be invited back each year to welcome new inductees into the Golden Privateer Society.
