Students are encouraged to visit the campus health center for preventive services and for illness and minor injuries. In the case of ANY emergency, including accident or injury, call 280-6666 (Campus Police) immediately.
UNO Student Health Services
UNO Student Health Services is committed to providing the highest quality health care to the UNO community. Health Services offers evaluation and treatment of illness and injury, as well as educational programming for health promotion and illness prevention. Primary care is provided to students, on an appointment, and walk-in basis. A health insurance plan is also available.

New Orleans Musicians Clinic
We also encourage our students to become familiar with the services and resources provided by the New Orleans Musicians Clinic. In addition to offering targeted health care for our musical community and tradition-bearers, they provide information and guidance regarding common issues such as smoking cessation, alcohol awareness, Hepatitis C, and mental health.
