Congratulations to Delinda Swanson, Coordinator of Business Affairs for PLUS. She was selected the University of New Orleans "Service with Jazz" Employee of the Month.
Dr. Bethany Stich, Chair of PLUS says, "Delinda is truly a super star not just for our department but for the entire college of liberal arts. Though she is the coordinator of business affairs in Planning and Urban Studies, she also serves anthropology, geography and the office of sponsored research for no additional compensation.
Whenever she is asked to be of assistance she is ready to help no matter who the person or where they work. She is always pleasant and lightens the atmosphere of the department for the faculty and students. Delinda is responsive to requests for assistance any day of the week and any time of the day. She is an invaluable resource not just to me but to all that have dealings with PLUS.
