AAB Board of Registry Tests
The AAB test is offered on Tuesdays only, starting at 11:00 a.m.
You must contact AAB at least four weeks in advance of your appointment with UNO Testing Services by going to this link AAB BOR Certification - ABOR
To schedule your appointment with UNO Testing Services, please use this link, Sign-Up Genius, to reserve your testing date. In the comment section, please note the total time duration for the test(s) for which you are signing up, i.e. 3 or 5 hours.
If you need to cancel your scheduled date, please contact the office and/or cancel using the same link above.
You must register in advance with AAB in order for the certification tests to be sent to Testing Services.
Please bring a photo ID (for example a government/state issuedvalid drivers license or ID card or passport) for identification purposes.
$35.00 for tests of 3 hours or less; $65.00 for tests of greater duration than 3 hours.
Please pay by debit or credit card only at the time of testing.
The primary purpose of the AAB Board of Registry is to identify, on a non-discriminatory basis, those individuals who meet the minimum requirements for certification as an:
MT(AAB) – Medical Technologist
ALS(AAB) – Andrology Laboratory Scientist
ELS(AAB) – Embryology Laboratory Scientist
MDxT(AAB) – Molecular Diagnostics Technologist
MLT(AAB) – Medical Laboratory Technician
AAB is dedicated to serving the community clinical laboratory and the professionals involved in clinical laboratory operations. Founded in 1956, AAB members are clinical laboratory directors, managers, supervisors, technologists, technicians, and phlebotomists.
