Eric van Holm received his PhD in Public Policy from Georgia State University and the Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining the University of New Orleans, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher for the Center in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy Studies at Arizona State University. His research focuses on urban policy, particularly as it relates to entrepreneurship and urban change in small and midsized cities. He has been published in Urban Studies, Urban Affairs Review, and the American Review of Public Administration among others.
