General Event Information
WHEN: Saturday, March 25 | 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
WHERE: The Cove at UNO (main campus)

WHY: Duh - CRAWFISH! And to bring alumni together...for crawfish!
COST: Adults - ONLY $20 online* / $25 onsite
Children 12 and under - $10 online* / $15 onsite
Announcing our new spring alumni event: Privateer Peel-A-Palooza! This will be a day of good food, good friends, and good fun! Your ticket gets you ALL THIS:
- CRAWFISH - Adults receive a wristband with 3 tabs, each good for 1 pound of crawfish with potatoes & corn or 1 serving of non-seafood item. Children will receive a ticket for 1 pound of crawfish or 1 serving of other dish.
- Music - a DJ will play a variety of music all day. You can bet there will be some party music!
- Kids Zone with inflatables, games and more
- UNO Arts Village with handcrafted items for sale by UNO alumni, students and staff
- Groups Area for greek or other campus organizations, colleges, athletics, etc.
- Crawfish Peeling Contest - How fast can you peel?
- Giveaways
- Free parking
- ...and MUCH MORE!
Non-seafood and vegetarian options will be available. Beverages will be available for purchase outside and inside The Sandbar.
Arts Village at Peel-A-Palooza
Do you make and sell handmade/handcrafted items (paintings, photography, jewelry, textile arts, soap/candles, food, etc)? Then we want you to exhibit at our event. Here's what you need to know:
- There is NO cost to exhibit.*
- All items must be made by you. No manufactured goods.
- Food items must be pre-packaged (i.e. jars of jelly or packets of mix)
- You must have a way to receive payments (square, venmo, etc)
- We will provide a 6-foot table and chairs. You must bring any table cover, stands, or other table display items.
*If you wish to donate a portion of your sales to the UNO Alumni Association, we welcome it, but it is not required. Any donated funds contribute to a scholarship fund for students.
Apply by March 10 to be considered. Applicants will receive approvals the following week, if not before.
