Media Access to UNO

As a public institution, the University of New Orleans welcomes media to our campus. UNO regulates media access so as not to disrupt teaching or research; to protect the privacy of students and others who live on campus; and to comply with state and federal laws on student and personnel data.

We request that members of the media planning to be on campus notify the Chief Communications Officer by calling (504) 280-6939 or emailing

UNO Magazine
The UNO Magazine is specifically designed to promote the University to both Alumni and the external community. The publication draws upon stories to highlight happenings at UNO as well as advances in academics, research and alumni. We want the magazine to stand out and have the look of a magazine that people will actively pick up and read. The bi-annual magazine is available both in print and online.
