What does University Courses and Curriculum Meeting do for you?

  • Representation – There are representatives from each college who can help the committee members better understand the proposals submitted. They help in relaying pertinent questions from UCCC about the proposals back to the departments.

  • Improvement – University Courses and Curriculum meetings will help the University of New Orleans improve the current procedures related to courses and curricula and improve our academic program offerings. Course arrays can be modified, strengthened, and streamlined and other academic program issues are be discussed.

  • Information - The college representatives can disperse information in a timely manner to their college faculty about the status of proposals and decisions made at the meetings.
