Setting Up Your UNO Login

Once you are fully admitted to UNO, you should receive an email (to the email address entered on your application for admission to UNO) with instructions to set up your login. If you did not receive this email and you have been admitted to UNO, please contact the ISEP office as soon as possible.

Our main registration system is called "WebSTAR." Your UNO login will give you access to WebSTAR (registration, fees, grades), your UNO email (which you should start using and checking right away), Moodle (online class content system), the wifi access on campus, access to computers in student labs across campus, etc. 

Note: sometimes WebSTAR doesn't work if your computer's operating system is in another language. You can "trick" it, however. Look at the URL in your browser window for WebSTAR. Change the code at the end from whatever language you're using to "EN" for English.

If you are having trouble with any computer-related issues, you can contact the Computer Help Desk at helpdesk@uno.edu. Be sure to include your student ID and username (if available) when you submit your inquiry.

Note: you will be required to check your UNO email regularly, so start using it!
