Interfraternity Council

The Interfraternity Council represents the 3 UNO fraternities that are members of the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), the governing body of 66 men's Greek letter fraternal organizations. IFC works to promote the highest ideals of scholarship, leadership, service and fraternalism among its member organizations.

Meetings

IFC meetings are held every other Thursday at 12:30 p.m. All chapter members are welcome to attend, however only chapter delegates may vote on issues that come before the council.

IFC Recruitment

Fall 2012, September 10-14, 2012

In the Fall 2012, IFC will be hosting a Semi-Formal recruitment for potential new members. The potential new members are invited to participate in semi-formal recruitment or informal recruitment through an individual chapter. This allows potential new members to meet the men of all three fraternities. If you would like to participate in IFC recruitment, please complete the IFC recruitment registration form and return it to the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership.
