Purpose: To promote the professional development of its members and complementing classroom instruction with participation in activities, speakers, and other experiences

Crescent City Shapers

Purpose: To provide an academic as well as social organization encouraging knowledge of all aspects of the field of urban studies and urban planning as well as serving as a community of interest and activity for its members.

Society of Women Engineers (UNOSWE)

Purpose: To stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity



Student Academic Support Organization (SASO)

Purpose: To serve first generation students, those who meet federal income guidelines, and/or students with disabilities.



UNO Lakeside Toastmasters 

Purpose: To provide supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills.


 

Western Dredging Association

Purpose: To inspire and enable students to explore the fields of dredging, navigation, marine engineering and construction, as well as emphasize the importance of understanding and development of solutions for problems related to the protection and enhancement of the marine environment.
