Board of Regents meetings and tracking documents
Historically, Board of Regents does not communicate directly regarding review of centers and institutes. Instead, they post their agenda and minutes on their website. BoR also has a listing of approved centers and institutes and a tracking database on their website. To make tracking your documents easier, we have created a webpage that explains and links to these BoR pages.

BoR Academic Affairs Tracking Database
https://aadb.regents.state.la.us/
This database contains information about academic programs, research units, and various administrative requests that have come before the Academic & Student Affairs Committee of the Board of Regents. The purpose of this database is to inform viewers of the status of institutional requests and reporting requirements related to them; it is *not* the official record of Board actions.
Use the drop down for select institution and you can see the requests by unit and the details will appear at the bottom of the screen.
