Debts and Refunds

All debts to the University must be satisfied prior to your qualifying for a refund. All refunds payable to you will be processed through your student account including housing refunds, financial aid, tuition refunds, etc.

All refund checks will be mailed to your mailing address. Please make sure your mailing address is current with the Registrar’s Office.

Refunds of Excess Financial Aid Credits

At the time financial aid is credited to your account, applicable out standing charges will be deducted, and a check will be mailed to your mailing address, as outlined in the “Payments to Students with Credit Balances” section.

 

Spring 2013

Register during Priority Registration 
January 4
Pay fees if registered during Registration without a late charge January 4
Purge date for non-payment for priority registrations January 4
Drop course(s)for 100% refund January 18
Register and pay fees during Final Registration/Schedule Adjustment January 18
Add a course or change sections  January 18
Change from Audit to Credit January 18
Resign (drop all courses) for 100% refund (less $50 and appropriate non-refundable fees) January 18
Drop course(s) or resign and not receive (withdraw) on transcript February 1
Change from Credit to Audit  February 4
Resign for 50% refund (less appropriate non-refundable fees) February 14
Drop course(s) or resign April 1
