Committees

At the beginning of every orientation season every orientation leader is assigned to a committee based on the staff member's interests. Each committee contains roughly one-fourth of the staff and is chaired by usually two, but sometimes three, returning OLs.

The four committees are:

  • Fundraising
  • Public Relations and Staff Recognition
  • Spirit and SROW
  • Staff Development

Each committee meets on a regular during the school year and about every week during the summer. Every member has responsibilities as assigned by the committee chairs and the committee chairs report the progress of the committee to the whole staff at meetings.
