SUCbAUF
Student Activities Council’s annual SUCbAUF (pronounced “Suck Off”) is an on campus Spring event that brings students, faculty and staff together for a day of boiled crawfish, corn and potatoes - each a mainstay for a New Orleans appetite. After you’ve filled yourself with food you can grab a chair and listen to live music, take a watery run down a slip n’ slide, or just hang out with friends. A University tradition of epic proportions, SUCbAUF has brought in over 117,000 pounds of crawfish and 5,000 pounds of potatoes in the last 10 years alone! And it is FREE to students.
