Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management

DEPARTMENT: Student Affairs and Enrollment Management

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Executive Assistant handles a wide range of matters of institutional importance on behalf of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.  The Executive Assistant oversees all operations of the Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management to include management of budgets, administration, policies, and procedures. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrollment Management with daily activities of calendar management, coordinating appointments, arranging group meetings, logistics for position searches and events, as well as managing the Vice President's activities to support those of the President. Other responsibilities include understanding university policies and procedures to best assist students in the Office of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in higher education administration, public administration, finance, accounting, business management, or related field. Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with executive and senior leadership. Commitment to high level of customer service and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multitude of diverse constituents, internal and external to the university. Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare planning documents, position papers, and reports. Demonstrated administrative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to plan and manage complex programs and projects.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of university policies and procedures.​​

SALARY: Commensurate with experience
