POSITION SUMMARY


RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, collect, and analyze campus wide surveys and focus groups. (15%) Manage, collect, and review assessment plans for administrative and other departments. (15%) Assist in the development of accreditation reports. (10%) Data entry when needed (5%) Train end-users on accrediation software and business intellience software (10%) Complete data requests using business intelligence software or from summarized data (no programming required) (10%) Develop and design dashboards for campus community. (10%) Maintain department website (no programming required) (5%) Working with staff to maintain wrritten processes for office. (5%) Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Institutional Effectivenenss and Research. (15%)


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

​Bachelor's degree. Ability to work well with team members and the campus community. Experience using online or cloud data entry applications. Basic computer skills. Well organized.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

​Advanced degree. Experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau. Experience using Qualtrics or other survey software. Experience developing reports for institutional accrediation. Experience in program evaluation or assessment. Experience or training in survey collection.


SALARY

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
