Come join the Honors Student Council for an evening of Pokemon hunting! That’s right, we’re having a Pokemon tournament. Come represent your team or just hang out! Not only is this a great chance to get to know more about the UNO Honors Program, but it’s a great opportunity for catching Pokemon. There are stops all over campus and we WILL be dropping lures. Come train with us!

The mission of the Emerging Leaders Program is to strengthen students’ leadership skills by fostering opportunities that nurture interdisciplinary thought, critical thinking, and activities focused on leadership identity development that both challenge and support students. Participants will gain the confidence and skill set needed to become responsible citizens of the world and ethical leaders in the University of New Orleans community. This is a semester-long program. American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s (AFSP) Out of the Darkness Community Walk

September is National Suicide Prevention Month. WALK TO FIGHT SUICIDE! The Out of the Darkness Walk is held each year in hundreds of cities across the country and serves as a platform to raise awareness for suicide prevention and the need for resources.
