Performance Information

In accordance with the requirements of the Planning Accreditation Board we have included the following information on the performance of the UNO MURP program and its students.

Student Achievement as Determined by Program

Alumni Survey

We used a survey of 2013 graduates to assess the knowledge and skills graduates gained through the MURP program.  Twenty six out of twenty six alumni responded for a response rate of 100%.

How well did the MURP program at UNO prepare you to: Percent reporting that they were very well prepared, well prepared, or prepared
Communicate effectively orally 100%
Communicate effectively in writing 100%
Access and analyze secondary data 92%
Work collaboratively 100%

Internship Supervisor Evaluation

Students completing internships of 150 hours or more receive a written evaluation from their supervisor.  Evaluations occur upon conclusion of the internship.  Supervisors evaluate interns on a number of indicators of student performance which address target learning outcomes for the MURP program including the ability to work collaboratively; analyze data; and demonstrate effective written, oral, and graphic communication skills.

The overall mean score for these indicators can be used as a measure of overall student achievement in the program.  [Key 5 = excellent; 4 =very good; 3 = good; 2 = fair; 1 = poor]
