Applications are now available for Krewe Leaders, or retreat leaders for Privateer Camp, a freshman leadership retreat.  Krewe Leaders lead small groups of freshman participants, implement activities, icebreakers, and energizers, and assist with breakout sessions.  To be a Krewe Leader you must be involved on campus, be enthusiastic about UNO, and be eager to help new students connect to UNO!  This summer the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of Admissions are hosting two Privateer Camps.  Krewe Leaders must be available over the summer for training as well as planning and implementing the retreats.  Applications are available in the Office of New Student Orientation (AD 105) or the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership (MH 159).  Applications are due by March 2, 2012.  For more information, please contact Dale O’Neill at dmoneill@uno.edu or Christy Heaton at cheaton@uno.edu.
