Background: Joined UNO faculty in 2002. Area of specialization is cost and management accounting. Prior teaching experience includes seven years at University of Manitoba (Canada). Industry experience includes public accounting (CPA for Deloitte) and financial analyst (Casino Control Commission). Research and teaching interests include: budgeting, management control systems, individual performance, organizational justice, and behavioral issues in accounting. Publications have appeared in:  Accounting, Organizations and Society, Advances in Accounting, Behavioral Research in Accounting, Business and Economic Review, and  Social Behavior and Personality.
