The University of New Orleans College of Business Administration has maintained its accreditation by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Additionally, a separate AACSB accreditation has been reaffirmed for UNO’s Department of Accounting, a distinction earned by about two percent of academic accounting programs worldwide.
“This reaffirmation of our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to producing future world-class business leaders and scholars through an engaging and exceptional educational experience,” said John Williams, dean of the College of Business Administration.
In addition to accounting, the UNO College of Business Administration offers programs in health care management, economics and finance, management and marketing, and hotel, restaurant and tourism administration. Beyond its academic programs, the college also houses acclaimed research centers noted for providing invaluable analysis for stakeholders in the business, real estate, economic development and hospitality sectors.
