Collections

Is there a collections hold on your student account? The National Recovery Agency (NRA) is the collections agency used by the University of New Orleans. You must remit all payments to NRA if a collections hold is placed on your student account. The hold will be removed once your balance is paid in full.

For any questions regarding your collections account or hold, you must contact NRA directly. NRA's number is
1 (800) 360-4319 and their e-mail address is inquiry@nationalrecovery.com. You may also visit NRA's website at www.nationalrecovery.com.

Once your student account is sent to NRA, all payments and questions must go directly through the collections company. The Office of Bursar Operations will not accept payments on collection accounts. The payment is required to be made through NRA.
