UNO Bookstore Mission Statement

The UNO Bookstore (located in the University Center) is an auxiliary service operated by the University of New Orleans for the convenience of the students, faculty and staff of the university.Our mission is to provide to all members of the university community those books, supplies souvenirs and services that will enhance the educational process and promote school spirit for the University of New Orleans community.

Summer 2009 Textbook Refund Policy

Textbooks purchased for inner session, summer institute classes and second term mini session are refundable within 48 hours of the first class day.

Textbooks purchased for full summer session and first term mini session are refundable through Friday, June 12, 2009.

Textbooks purchased after June 12, 2009 for full summer session and first term mini session are refundable within 48 business hours from time of purchase.

A cash register receipt is required.

Textbook packages must be returned un-opened in order to receive a full refund.

Textbooks purchased from during finals are not refundable.
