Marketing (B.S.)

The marketing degree at UNO is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and is designed
to prepare students for positions in both the private and public sectors. Emphasis is placed on the development of skills in a variety of marketing areas to help our students succeed in an ever-changing marketplace. In our program you can choose electives in services marketing, advertising, retail, logistics, personal selling, and sales management, all designed to enhance your
professional profile.

Of course, you’ll also learn the fundamentals of marketing and identifying customer needs and satisfying those needs. You’ll uncover the mysteries of the four P's in marketing — product, price, place, and promotion — and how to manage them in your
marketing mix.

As a marketing major at UNO, you’ll definitely want to join our active chapter of the American Marketing Association, where you can network with your peers and professionals, including our UNO marketing alumni, to learn more about careers and professional development in the marketing industry.
